Gaps on few devices but another graphs is fine

As you can see i have 131 and have huge gaps on few of them (2 device), gaps is on every data like cpu, login users, hdd, interfaces.
i already tryed to figure it with gendalf manual, but didnt find any clue.
Answers from this devices (that have gaps) is fine, but when i did rrdtool fetch i saw that cacti miss data and didnt put them in rrd.
Pliz some one help

First I would go into Settings on the Poller tab and change a few things.
Increase Maximum Concurrent Poller Processes to something higher then 1, probably closer to 10. But since you only have 2 procs, you may start with 4 or 6.
Increase Number of PHP Script Servers to something closer to 5 or so.
Decrease Script and Script Server Timeout Value to around 10
Increase The Maximum SNMP OID's Per SNMP Get Request to around 50
You need to check the cacti log for errors, and see exactly what is going on. Turning it to medium will tell you if its getting data from the proper hosts at least.
