I was thinking that a really nice feature on the Graphing Tree would be a color coding up/down/reovering tree branchs.
IE I have a tree that is called cisco with headers called routers and pix's, under pix's i have a 501 506 and 515. If one of those was down it would be the color red then the branch pix would be red and then the base of the tree would be red. If I had a device that had been down in the last 24hours it would show yellow then the branch would be yellow and then the base of that tree would be yellow. Any devices that are working properly would be green. If none of the devices had been down the tree would be green all the way through then.
- cisco->
- pix->
- 501
515
506
- 501
- linux->
Windows->
- pix->
I don't know if this is asking a bit much but was just thinking it would be a really nice feature to add potentially making it a really cool up down monitoring tool also.
