Manage Plugin for Cacti 0.8.8b

I downloaded the Manage Plugin.
The readme states you need Plugin Architecture (PA) 2.8/2.9
I have Plugin Architecture Version: 3.1 with Cacti 0.8.8b

Now, I go ahead and copy the entire manager folder in the plugins directory.
I goto CACTI-GUI-Plugin Manager
I install and Enagle the Plugin.

The moment I enable the plugin, BAM, my entire Cacti Site goes down. I cannot get to the CACTI site what-so-ever. The only way I could do anything is if I remove the entire Manage Directory from the Plugin Directory....
I would really like to use this plugin. Can someone please tell me what Im doing wrong?

My Plugin folder is: /usr/share/cacti/site/plugins
