Cacti SNMP - Get Disk IO

I'm trying to collect information from reading and writing HDs windows servers, however unsuccessfully. I'm getting this information only linux servers.

The link will activate something in windows server 2008 for this data collection?
SNMP is configured and the data of CPU, memory and other work correctly.
