Report automatically send by mail

hello,
I create reports for the it department and I would like to send it by mail automatically for example 1 per week or 1 per month , how can I do that ? I have installed nectar plugin and in the tab report configuration I can see the tab email but I don't understand how I can send mail automatically with that
