Avoid Graphic Lost after change in/out bond data source

Dear colleagues,

I'm having issue of graphic lost after change in/out bond data source. The background is I just migrated one of cisco router from (let say) interface A to become interface B.

After change it to Interface B, the old graphic (which was using interface A) is missing.
So previous 1year traffic is missing and freshly changed by new traffic.

I'm using both MRTG and Cacti actually, it doesn't happen in MRTG since eventhough I changed the interface allocation from A to B, the traffic is still there (just continuing the old graph/no missing graph).


Do you happen to experience what's going on? And would you advice me of how to deal with this?
