All Cacti graphs NAN

Hi All,

I have a cacti instance which was running fine for quite a while until it got to a state where all graphs appear to be 'nan'....
I tried to follow this guide: http://forums.cacti.net/about15136.html

Here is what i have checked already:

CRONTAB:
