Can you provide screenshots of your settings?
Also, is the logo writeable ? It usually needs to be re-sized to properly fit on the PDF and that's done on-the-fly.

my version of MySQL is 5.0.15. Is that which put the table of plugin table at does not exist?

That's for "on-demand" reports ( the PDF icon from the graph tab ). Are you doing these or do you want to define your own report ?

ok i summerized the situation. i have only the possibility to out a pdf with the icon in graph tab. So i check the graph i want and click in create pdf report. But in this i don't have logo.
if i create a report in manage report i don't understand what's the utility of this because i put one graph in and i can't out pdf.

in debug i have always plugin table at does not exist for all lines.

Hi

Remove the realm permission "NMID - View Archived Reports" from your user and then click on the "Cereus" tab at the top. You're able to create the defined reorts from there.

Also, can you update to the 2.80 version ? You can grab the latest version and simply extract the files, overwriting the existing ones. Then hit the "Cereus" tab which starts the upgrade

i have try to overwrite the 2.10 with 2.80 but if i do that i have white window and cacti do not work anymore.I have try to erase 2.1 and replace him by 2.8 but it's the same. i am despair i have try a lot of thing without any result.

ok i have recup version of the support send me there are 2 days and it work but the probleme is the same i don't have the logo and plugin table at does not exist

Ignore that table reports. You would get various error messages if these wouldn't be there. The page simply is not able to recognize the tables and reports them as not being there.

So not even the existing image/logo works ?
And the image(s) directory is writeable by the webserver as well as the files in there ?
