How to do 2 graphs side by side?

Post by meister »

Is there a way to have one host display graphs with 2 graphs on each row instead of just one?

Alright. But is there a device specific setting or graph tree specific setting. What I am trying to accomplish is have all my devices (routers) in a single column (showing interface traffic), but one graph tree with many devices (wireless modems) show interface stats, RSSI, and errors. It's just nice to have them all together since they are related.

I could put all 3 items on 1 graph, but scaling would be a problem - typical error rates would be 20, typical data rates 900000.

I do it in MRTG but would like to make a device template instead of editing a mrtg config file all the time.

I realize this is a very old post but I didn't see any other responses and this is exactly what I am looking for. I want to be able to create, basically, a thumbnail view BUT also showing the legend at the bottom using either full size graphs or thumbnail graphs WITH the legend. The response to the previous person said to look at the graph settings but I didn't see anything in there. I'm on 8.8b so maybe that got pulled out when it was upgraded to the latest version.

I am a very new user so it would be greatly appreciated if there is an answer if someone could tell me exactly where to look for the setting.

Thanks much
