change port

hello everyone I'm new in this system and I'm trying to change the defoult port "80" for web in ubuntu 12.04 tls so made that in
in cd /etc/apache2/port.conf but it didn't work

so I appreciate any help

I have this.
cd /etc/apache2/sites-available/
default default-ssl

Also are you able to see cacti web interface?

I have this "000-default"
I can see the web interface but I whant to change the port for the access
I already changed the /etc/apache2/port.conf and /etc/apache2/site-avilable/defoult
I think I need change some in cacti files but i cannot see any file with port spesification
