SMS sending and script execution support in Thold

Hi.
I added support for sms-sending and custom script execution in Thold plugin.
Source is available on Github: https://github.com/Usuychik/thold

SMS can be send by gammu or SMS Server Tools 3. Phone numbers can be added in Notification list and/or treshold setings: Alert Phones/Warning Phones
Path to the sript, that should be executed on treshold, can be specified only in the treshold settings.


I checked support of this features only in Ubuntu 12.04.

Could you also create diffs for these changes so they can be reviewed for being added to the main branch ?

I'd assume that this is something which a lot of users would like to see included.
