Gotcha. you could probably modify that TCP template to use UDP instead.
As for monitoring all UDP protocol traffic, something like http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?p=51529 could work.

I need monitoring UDP ports of my services equal I monitoring TCP ports for example:
