Graphing switch gigabit values not real

hi finnally my cacti is showing some graphics but the data shown is not true. i´ve been doing some reading and apparently i have to change the counters to 64 bits, but for windows this is not posible. since the post i read it was too old i was wondering if there is any update in this matter?

my box is:

Operating System: windows 2008 server 32bits
Webserver: xampp 1.8.1
Cacti: 0.8.8b
Spine: not installed yet(using cmd)
MySQL:
PHP: 5.4.7
RRDTool (Cygwin or Win32 build):1.2
Net-SNMP: 5.6.7

Correct, Windows still does not implement 64bit traffic interface counters.
