Graph Trees Empty - appear ok in device/graph list

Hi,

I'm running Cacti 0.8.8b and I am the only person who has access to it in our company. We recently added HP switches to the monitoring and I managed with the correct templates to add mac, mem, cpu and interfaces with graphs all working fine. I added the graphs to the graph trees and this was all working really well until I checked again last week. Now when i'm in graph trees I click on say mem and no graph is displayed. I check in device and graph list and the graph can still be displayed.

To me it looks like permissions for graph trees, but checking the admin account it has full permissions. I did run php repair_database.php and this didn't fix anything.

Any help would be much appreciated.
