Plugin SLCT or LOgHound

I want to know if CacTi is capable of running SLCT or LogHound as a plugin. I want one of the two because of their data mining capabilities. If the syslog has the capabilities of data mining like clustering and pattern finding, please point on that as well. it will be even very great if you could write me an email on s.gezahegn@cgiar.org.
