Try this from the Windows 2000/2003 Server you are trying to graph the HDD Usage from.

Open a Command Prompt.

diskperf

if it shows that no counters are enabled, run diskperf -y (I think that's the command). if not, do diskperf -? and enable the physical and logical counters. Reboot the server if you had to change anything.

Now, see if you get anything back.
