Move Cati to another server

Hello...

I'm fairly new to Cacti installations, although we have been using it in our department for several years. I am setting up a new Ubuntu Server 12.04 system to host Cacti, and I need to be able to move the existing data from our old server to this new one. I really don't want to have to reset up everything from scratch, so is there a way to export from the old and import to the new?

I have Cacti installed on the new system and did the initial setup tasks.

Here's my configuration:

Old server - Ubuntu/Intel Server 10.04 running Cacti 0.8.7e
New server - Ubuntu/Intel Server 12.04 running Cacti 0.8.7i
