CereusReporting missing button and wrong cover printing

Hi!

I have installed Cereus Reporting on Cacti 0.8.8b (on CentOS 6.5), and everything works fine. But I have few issues to post and need to resolve it:

1) Missing Button to create the Report from "CereusReporting - Report" list. The work around was to look in the plugin folder and search for the correct php file and made a link in Explorer. Any ideas why this button is missing? See attached image "missing-button"

2) CereusReporting is generating a wrong PDF. It looks like only a single page is supported. The Cover Page will be overlaped with the graphs.

3) Report logo configured in "Settings - NMID" under "NMID - CereusReporting - General - EXPRESS Edition - License Expiry Date : never" get not printed

Could you help me? Needs to present a complete test report to my boss soon.

Well, seems like you're German ...

The configuration seems to be fine. All modules are loaded.

You can generate the reports unchecking the "Plugin -> CereusReporting - View Archived Reports" realm from your user and then hitting the "Cereus" tab at the top.

How did you setup the report ? Can you provide a screenshot of the "Add Report" page for this ?

Thanks for the answer. Please find attached the screenshots.

It seams to be other issues, take a look on the Add-Report Item, it is different as shown in the User Manual.

Also, I´m still missing the button to quick create a report from the defined reports.

Ok,

Report Template shouldn't be empty. Create a PDF file which already contains your logo and place it in the "templates" directory.
Then move the cover page you haveto the "coverpages" directory underneath the templates dir.

Set the cover logo to "none" (as it's included in the report tempalte then).

For the report "add item" page, set the "Load JQuery CSS" to "true" in the NMID settings page.
Then download the libs.zip file from the following url and extract it to the CereusReporting directory. You should then have a lib and libs dir in there.

Result: Same issues
1) Graphs still on Coverpage
2) Still missing the "Report Generation" button
3) under "add item" I now have a nicer menu

The report generation button never existed so that's not an issue.

You will have to uncheck the "Plugin -> CereusReporting - View Archived Reports" realm from your user. Afterwards when hitting the "Cereus" tab at the top you can gerenate the report from there.

Consol -> User Management -> click on e.g. "admin
scroll down to the realm permissions.

If you are unable to find it there, the pelase provide a screenshot so I can show it using your setup/system.

Now I have only some issues with the templates, as the coverpage also shows the Report Title and Report Subtitle including the black lines. Is this normal or is there a way to print only the coverpage I have created without any plugin generated titles?

Yes, it will be available with the next upcoming release, which contains some bug fixes and enhancements for the report format.
