adding multiple devices issue

Hi. I am very new to Cacti and still learning. After adding multiple devices into Cacti, I began creating graphs for each host. One of the data queries I select is the SNMP-Interface Statistics, vmxnet3 Ethernet adapter. I noticed that the Hardware Address and UP Address of each device I added is the same. Same Hardware and IP addresses. I double checked the hostname and confirmed that they are correct and has a correct, unique IP address. I have also confirmed through DNS and ping.

This is the second time I have added multiple devices. The first time this issue occurred, the problem was fixed automatically. At least it seemed automatically. After adding 36 devices, they initially also had the same IP and Hardware addresses, but later through the day, the problem was fixed and I could see each device had the proper addresses. This time, however, the problem isn't resolving itself.

Is there a source refresh? In the system utilities, I see the 'rebuild poller cache' which suggests it resyncs the host/data source. Will that fix my issue? what exactly happens when this option is ran? Will our metrics be reset as well for all devices that have been added?
