cacti does not store data

Hi guys
I've just installed cacti .At first it was working fine but suddenly it stopped storing data, i'm quite sure it gets all data coz when I check it with realtime plugin it seems to be working
I just don't know where to look for it coz obviously it's connected to mysql and shows old datas and snmp is working fine.

Did you check ownership of the rra directory?

and also check:
- DiskSpace
- Size of the cacti.log file (/path/to/cacti/logs/cacti.log). If it's > 2Gb you may hav issues.

I haven't changed the ownership of directory and it's all belong to root

Try running the poller manually in verbose mode and check what it returns. Also increase the logging to high or debug and check what's in there.
Is the cronjob being executed ?
