Error: "Either No Templates or Threshold(s) Already Exists"

I have problems with one specific Threshold Template. Every time I press "Auto-create thresholds", i get the error "Either No Templates or Threshold(s) Already Exists".

I have checked the Thresholds and there are not being created (I made sure I listed all thresholds, not just the ones triggered)

The graphs are working properly, and I can even add the thresholds ( to the same data source) manually.

Any idea why the Threshold Template isn't working? Again, the problems are with this particular treshold template. Other ones are working just fine.

My version of Cacti is 0.8.7g

Ok, I went to the Data Source and selected "Create Threshold from Template" action (at the bottom of the page).
I was asked to choose the threshold template. I selected the one is giving me problems. I pushed Continue but I got an error: "Threshold(s) Already Exist - No Thresholds Created"

So the thresholds DO exist, but are not being showed in "Thresholds"!!

Any idea how to fix this?
