Cyrillic symbols in the subject and body of Dead/Recovering Host Email are not displayed correctly.
This Cyrillic symbols are the host description.

The problem is that the email (Up/Down) is sent as text.
While the email sent as HTML (Thold levels) is sent to the correct symbols in the letter.
How can I switch UpDown messages sent as HTML?
