Best way to monitor Server 2012R2?

Hello all,

I'm working with Cacti for a few years now and have good results with it.
I installed my first two Windows Server 2012R2 machines yesterday.
I'd just discovered that the standard windows host template doesn't work with Server 2012R2.
My graphs stay empty...
Anyone a better solution to monitor them?

2012R2 is no different than any other Windows OS for monitoring... configure SNMP and/or use scripts to pull performance counter data.
