Dears;

kindly note that i facing problem after added device in Mactrack plugin, anyone can check the steps with me:
1- create Site (only site name added).
2- no need for (connectivity option) and other option configured.
3- Device type, i want to add cisco 3750X, anyone help for the below setting:
--> device type: switch/hub
--> System Description Match ?????????
--> Vendor snmp Object ID Match ???????????
--> MAC Address Scanning Function ?????????
--> Serial Number Base OID ?????????????

because Error device status has been appear.

I recomend create a device before creating a device type. When you created a device, you should see System Description, Snmp Object ID, and some other parameters on device page, and then enter this parameters on device type page. Usually only one "match parameter" is required. You should also select an appropriate scanning functions for your device type, i.e. for Cisco Catalyst 3750X you must select function get_catalyst_dot1dTpEntryPort, or get_generic_switch_port (function names written AFAIR, so they could be differrent).

Thanks, i fixed the problem, problem in the Device type setting, i create the device type without add any OID only Cisco IOS Software .

I already checked along the forum and I find that there was already a report for this bug and also that it had resolved and posted under the subversion version 2109.
