Notification when transfer is more than 100 Mb/s on interfac

Hi.
How i can do notification, f.eg. on mail, when transfer on some (not all) interfaces of switch monitored in cacti are more than 100 Mb/s?
I'm looking for notification about anomalies on devices and that will be helpful for me.
Examlple in attachment (that was on 100 Mb interface...)

You want to look into setting up Thold I believe. There's a bit of setup involved in that. After Thold is up and running, I think you can then create a threshold based on inbound or outbound traffic flow and set it up to alert you.

First things first, investigate setting up Thold.

Thanks a lot, I was search exactly for that solution.
And that works
I have one problem - 200 devices with 48 interfaces but i think when i create template that will be not bad idea.
