Unix - Ping Latency: graph does not show?

Hello Everyone

Everything is running good, but Unix - Ping Latency: graph does not show.

I enabled debug and did not see any errors.

Hope someone can help me out the problem

Why would you expect a Unix template to work on Windows? It won't.

Search the script forum and/or repository for alternatives. advanced ping is a good one.

I think, it works, but the graph shows Pkt Loss and Avg Loss: 100%

It would appear that way.

Sure that device responds to the type of pings (icmp, tcp, or udp) that cacti is using?

OK. I am using both tcp and udp. Both graghs shows the same ressult. I can live with it

try changing the template to icmp.

I tried with Host Template: Cisco Router
Ping methede: ICMP

Ping Results: ICMP ping Timed out

Do you have any idea?

does your device respond to icmp pings? sounds like not.

Hello

Yes, I think the Cisco Switch 2960 did not respons on ICMP ping. I also enabled this command on the Switch "access-list 101 permit icmp any any echo-reply".

It showed the same problem.

Any idea?

I'm not a IOS expert... once you can manually ping that cisco device FROM your cacti server at the commandline, then this graph will start to work.
