odd graph behavior

Post by infuseweb »

I noticed that my one of my graphs just suddenly jumped to about 80K and has stayed there. I know the port on the switch isn't showing that kind of traffic, so any idea what might have happened or how to correct this?

I'm running Windows 2003, Apache 2.0.52, Cacti 0.8.6b.

TIA,
Tony

When you edit the host, just to the right of the interfaces data query, there is a green circle, click it and see if the graphs go back to normal. If so, then you need to choose a different "re-index" method.

What is the current re-index method and what type of devices are you monitoring?

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?
