0.8.8a not collecting CPU|Memory|Disk data

Hi All, In 0.8.8a SentOS after discovering the device, some of the devices not collecting CPU|Memory|Disk data properly, especially not getting Memory template to any of the devices and not getting ways to resolve memory issue, kindly required yours intervention to resolve the devices performance issue.
