Problem with memory data higher than 10 GB

Post by KhaineVII »

Hi,

I've created a custom graph template to monitor total and available memory in my hosts and I have a problem when the host have assigned more than 10 GB RAM, the graph shows "-nan".

I take the data via snmp getting the value of .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.5.0 OID, it returns the value in KB and data collection works well, I can see it in the log:

Code: Select all

10/31/2013 10:30:08 AM - POLLER: Poller[0] CACTI2RRD: /usr/bin/rrdtool update /usr/local/cacti/rra/f5-1_mem_total_406.rrd --template mem_total 1383211808:16461696
10/31/2013 10:30:08 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[13] DS[406] SNMP: v2: server3.localdomain, dsname: mem_total, oid: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.5.0, output: 16461696
10/31/2013 10:30:08 AM - POLLER: Poller[0] CACTI2RRD: /usr/bin/rrdtool update /usr/local/cacti/rra/portal11bsa_mem_total_402.rrd --template mem_total 1383211807:8062056
10/31/2013 10:30:08 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[12] DS[402] SNMP: v2: server2.localdomain, dsname: mem_total, oid: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.5.0, output: 8062056
10/31/2013 10:30:05 AM - POLLER: Poller[0] CACTI2RRD: /usr/bin/rrdtool update /usr/local/cacti/rra/bussella2_mem_total_390.rrd --template mem_total 1383211805:16436000
10/31/2013 10:30:05 AM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[7] DS[390] SNMP: v2: server.localdomain, dsname: mem_total, oid: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.5.0, output: 16436000
For host 12, that have 8 GB memory, the graph shows correct data but for hosts 13 and 7 (having 16 GB) it shows -nan and don't print anything

My versions are:

Cacti 0.8.8b
RRdtool 1.3.8

Anybody can help me?

Thanks in advance
Dani
