Installing FlowTools CentOS

I'm struggling to install flow-tools on Centos. When I try with RPM I get:

These packages are already installed, and I cannot find the hash key?

If I try with

./configure
make
make install

After make I get:

Any advice would be very much appreciated, CentOS newbie !
