How to get data from my Temperature Sensor to cacti ?

Dear sir

Now i have Temperature sensor project from arduino.
And make web service for show the data.
Example
http://192.168.1.100/ --> my sensor will return two value.
32 --> is Temperature
60 --> is Humidity
-- about data format i can change to anything not fixed --

How to make the scripts for get the data to cacti and gen graph?

Now i have cacti for monitor my network switch.

Please advise to me

May you try using snmp to get those record.

Example command:
snmpget -v 1 -c public 192.168.10.123 1.3.6.1.3.2009.0.3.0

The Arduino sensor returns the following:
SNMPv2-SMI::experimental.2009.0.3.0 = INTEGER: 2080
