graph not generated in windows 2008 server

I installed cacti Version 0.8.8b, but there is no graph for added device.
I am trying to add juniper srx 650 device for resource monitoring.

Please check bug 2261 and the proposed solutions there.
Maintainer of cacti in Debian (and Ubuntu).
Cacti 1.* is now officially supported on Debian Stretch via Debian backports

...and you clearly did not follow the installation guide OR best practices since you're web server and component bits are running from your user profile.
