Bad graphs doted numbers on y-axis after add --alt-y-grid

I added a directive "--alt-y-grid" to rrd.php file according to

to solve problems with decimally values of y-axis on my graphs (autoscale without limits).

After this - most of graphs are actually OK (good_graph.png), but some of them are still bad (bad_graph.png).

I thing the solution is to create completely new graphs, but data will lost. Is there any other better solutions how repair problems graphs?
