Both cacti and nectar are quite outdated. Please upgarde to latest and come back with any issues you have, if any

Hi !!

I come back.
I just installed nectar plugin (0.11).
The test mails are delivered without problem.
But when I tried to add an Report Item to report Tittle.

Maybe I'm wrong but, I consider the steps are very simple.

Reports = Add
reportName
Next TimeStamp
Report Interval
Mail From:
Mail TO:
Enable [*]

{CREATE}

Then add report Item. [add]
type= Graph
Host = host.domain
graph = specific path
Graph Timespan = week

Create

but, after all, the Report Item section remains empty.

Best regards

Again, this seems to be a quite outdated version. And you will need the "Settings" plugin in most recent version as a prerequisite.
This is not an exact answer to your question, but debugging makes sense only based on latest versions

Whit this change I could send using sendmail method (postifx/relay) the mail with the expected graph!!

Hey there,

i have also a problem with my nectar:
The adding of a new Report was easy done.
But if i am editing the "Next Timestamp for Sending Mail Report" and do a save it automatically changes "back" to the actual time and date.
How do i fix this?

I'm using:
Cacti Version: 0.8.8b
Plugin Architecture Version: 3.1
The Plugin Nectar Version: 0.35a
The Plugin Settings Version: 0.71
all of this is running on a Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS

I hope someone can help me,
regards

Well,

i somehow fixed the problem myself.
i went into the mysql database for the nectar plugin and changed the unixtime in there manually myself. The time was correct after that.
A bit complicated but it works for now.

Hi, Sorry for adding to a relatively old topic but...

I have installed cacti 0.8.8.g with the settings plugin 0.71 nectar 3.6 and thold 0.6 on windows7 running Apache24. (i have also tested with nectar 0.35a and thold 0.5)

I have created the mail settings and can sent test email with out any issues.

When trying to create a nectar report it allows me to go through the process of entering all the date, but when you click "Create" it takes you back to the default report "add" section, clicking back onto nectar then shows NO REPORTS.

I have tested this this different versions of the plugins and would appreciate any suggestions on how to get this working.

Regards,

Stewart
