[solved] Cacti graphs showing empty

Post by npsiva »

Hello everyone,

I recently lost a lot of time setting up Cacti and have successfuly made the graph tool display in the webpage. Having that "running" I've seen some graph information display from last friday (27-09-2013 from 14:00 to 14:30), but after that I don't have any information being displayed in my graphs, as show in the picture.

I'm not familiar with cacti, I have access to the logs, and don't see errors...
Can I get some directions here?

Here's some info from my system.

Date Mon, 30 Sep 2013 13:50:33 +0300
Cacti Version 0.8.8a
Cacti OS win32
SNMP Version NET-SNMP version: 5.7
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.2.x
Hosts 5
Graphs 16
Data Sources SNMP: 3
SNMP Query: 6
Script Query - Script Server: 7
Total: 16
Interval 60
Type cmd.php
Items Action[0]: 13
Action[2]: 14
Total: 27
Concurrent Processes 20
Max Threads 5
PHP Servers 5
Script Timeout 25
Max OID 100
Last Run Statistics Time:2.7024 Method:cmd.php Processes:20 Threads:N/A Hosts:6 HostsPerProcess:1 DataSources:6 RRDsProcessed:4

I'm using Realtime plugin and I get all the information on the graphs, but when using the standard graphs, no luck at all.

Thanks for all the coming help.

Nuno

One other odd thing is that time is 2 hours ahead.

09/30/2013 05:15:53 PM - PHPSVR: Poller[0] DEBUG: PHP Script Server Shutdown request received, exiting
09/30/2013 05:15:52 PM - PHPSVR: Poller[0] PHP Script Server has Started - Parent is cmd
09/30/2013 05:15:52 PM - PHPSVR: Poller[0] DEBUG: FILENM: D:\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\script_server.php
09/30/2013 05:15:52 PM - PHPSVR: Poller[0] DEBUG: DIRNAM: d:/inetpub/wwwroot/cacti
09/30/2013 05:15:52 PM - PHPSVR: Poller[0] DEBUG: GETCWD: d:/inetpub/wwwroot/cacti
09/30/2013 05:15:52 PM - PHPSVR: Poller[0] DEBUG: SERVER: cmd

it is now 15:15...
I've changed php.ini timezone to Europe/Lisbon
Should I do anything else?

change cacti polling back to 5 min. it's unfortunately not as simple to change it to 1 min polling with a single setting change... much more involved. After changing the setting, clear the poller cache and wait 10 min (aka 2 polling cycles) for the data to repopulate.
