Looks like your server doesnt have an snmp agent installed, properly configured, or a firewall is blocking the traffic. you didnt notice the SNMP ERROR message in cacti for that device?

Thanks for your response :)

I have SNMP Service running under services and NET-SNMP installed. Is this correct?

I'll check documentation against config.

I saw the error but still learning :)

The minimal requirements are setup with NET-SNMP. The poller shows the devices as up? What could I check for specifically?

Hello, I've been looking into the SNMP service but cannot get it to work. Always getting timeouts with snmpwalk localhost, I created the config file as instructed by your documentation and the windows PATH is pointing to the correct location (I think!). Any ideas?

I would highly recommend installing the microsoft snmp agent instead of net-snmp one. follow the MS guides on getting it installed/configured. Until a basic snmpwalk of the device works, then cacti can be used to query it.
