Hi all,
I am new to this forum. Please excuse if this question has already been answered.
I have installed cacti-0.8.8b & PHP-5.5.1 under /data/apps/
PHP under - /data/apps/php
Cacti-0.8.8b under - /data/apps/cacti-0.8.8.b
When I am trying to see the graph for the localhost (Where Cacti is installed), I am seeing the below error on the homepage:
Strict Standards: Only variables should be passed by reference in /data/apps/cacti-0.8.8b/lib/ping.php on line 382
Thanks,
AN

Re: Strict Standards: PHP error on Cacti Home Page
Hi paulgevers,
Thanks for the reply.
As per the bug details, the issue should not happen with PHP version higher than 5.4, I have 5.5.1
I am on Centos 6_x86_64bit.
Could it be the reason, why I don't see the graph?
Thanks,
AN

If it is still a WARNING, no, but if they changed it into an error, of course. (Sorry, I don't have a 5.5 version of php to check.)Could it be the reason, why I don't see the graph?
