Plugin Management Error

I get the following error when going to the Plugin Management interface

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare monitor_version() in /var/www/html/plugins/Wallboard/setup.php on line 89"

I would like help solving the issue. I'm brand new to Cacti. It was deplopyed by the person who formerly had my job role at my company
