Upgrading apache and php graphs are not polling

when i upgraded apache and php5.4.16 i m getting following error in cacti

how can i update this patch file which is mentioned in the link, kindly provide the steps to patch

It's a warning. Better just ignore it if you don't know how to apply patches.

And, as Gandalf said, the fix in SVN is better.
