Plugin Graph Issues

I am trying to use both WinServices template and TCP templates. I have all the files in proper places but my graphs won't produce in either, the graph is there but nothing is drawn. What's odd though is when I use real time view plugin on the graph it populates and graphs fine. I will post anything you need just let me know, I would love to be able to use these both. Version is 0.8.8a on a xubuntu 12.04.
