Threshold Error CMDPHP: Poller[0] ERROR

Dear,

I'm a new use cacti, I configured plugin: monitor, weathermap, all of them is ok.
Except Threshold, I can't create a new threshold from "Threshold Creation Wizzard", when I drop down Host is blank.
I viewed log cacti:

How can I fix it ?
I use Cacti 0.8.8a, Threshold 0.5.0

Thank for your replying, I logged in with admin user, I checked all realm permission.

Hi,
Try to log in your SQL database and check if all the syslogs table have been created!
I think this could help you to the right way.
You can find the tables in the case of a normal install on the forum.
