what problem?

SELECT max_oids FROM `host` WHERE max_oids != 1 # not ok....

Edit the host (id listed in log record).
Change the "max OID" setting to 1

What did you do, then?

I edit the host, change the "max OID" setting to 1.
or UPDATE cacti.`host` SET max_oids = 1 WHERE max_oids != 1;

But there are error messages!

but max_oids set to 1 yet

Please run this sql statement to find the problem.
