Ping/graph latency for Cisco Network Devices

I will start off by saying that this is my first post and that I'm not a programmer, I handle the network.
I have been searching around these posts and have not found what I need to do to get it to graph ping latency to my Cisco devices. I have it working just fine for monitoring all the interfaces and stuff just not putting any data in the ping graph.
What do I need to get this working? (scripts / add-on)? How/where to install them.
