cactiEZ can be install on Redhut linux?

cactiEZ can be instyall on Redhut linux? or only work on Centos. also need root permission for installation only or need to manage down the road like edit cacti files?

Installation is explained at 1st link of my sig. root permission is required for setting up mysql, httpd, cron etc. Cacti itself should not be run as root
