How to monitor number of HTTP requests to a application

Hi Team,

I am very new to cacti and nagios.

I would like to know "How to monitor number http/https requests to an application through CACTI graphs"

i.e

i have an application called abc.dk and i want to monitor how many requests are hitting to this application per day/week.

please help me out as this is critical issue we are currently facing.

we are using LAMP technologies.
