cacti status unknown device

Created a host.
Added graphics for that host.
But the status unknown.
See the attachment.
What did I do wrong?

You have to select your SNMP option, and configure SNMP on your Windows system.

According to Ping fact should also work?

According to your device display, the TCP failed, connection refused, so either something is blocking ping to that IP addr or you might need to use ICMP Ping rather than TCP Ping.

Tried ICMP, TCP, UDP. Status is Unknown
On the server where you installed cacti ping 192.168.4.50 to reach.
The figure shows that from cacti to reach ping 192.168.4.50.

The problem is solved.
In the Data Sources, select Unix - Ping Host.
Status was Up
