Thold and Graph Variables

I installed Thold 0.5 and the tresholds are working only we don't see the device name

see image
I added |host_hostname| to the template this doesn't help

something i forgot?

Do those same graphs have the device names listed under Graph Management? If not, it should be fixed in the Graph Template.
