Plugin management web page empty

Hello
I have a cacti 0.8.7h with PIA 3.0.
I have a problem when I click on the link plugin management on the left menu. I have an empty page.
I have re apply the PIA3.0 ( files an sql patch) and I have also the problem.
My weathermap plugin is OK but I can't activate an desactivate new plugins.

Could you help me with this problem

I have resolved my issue

I have a directory named weathermap-save in the plugins directory.
I remove it and all be ok.
