Spine: U value from snmp (NAN in graph)

Post by sedam »

Hi everyone

Ok first here are the spec I have for Cacti and Spine:
(This is a fresh install from cactiEZ)
Operating system: Centos 6 (2.6.32-279.el6.x86_64)
web server: Apache 2.2.15
cacti 0.8.8a
Net-SNMP 5.5
rrdtool 1.3.8
Spine 0.8.8 (running at 60 sec)
PHP 5.3.3

The problem I have:
In cacti, the one of the graph (CPU for a device) return NAN.
The device pull data from snmp, if I try snmpwalk or snmpget it return a value:

[root@localhost log]# snmpwalk -v1 -c zzzz aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1
HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrProcessorLoad.1 = INTEGER: 1

But spine returne this in the log file:
07/17/2013 09:43:01 AM - SPINE: Poller[0] Host[2] TH[1] DS[16] SNMP: v1: aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd, dsname: cpu, oid: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1, value: U
07/17/2013 09:43:01 AM - POLLER: Poller[0] CACTI2RRD: /usr/bin/rrdtool update /var/www/html/rra/tournemine_cpu_16.rrd --template cpu 1374068581:U

Tried with this oid too .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.3.3.1.2.1.0, but it returned the same thing.

I saw some post, having the same problem, were patch were proposed but must of them were using 0.8.7/f/g so i'm not sure I should use them.

I don't know if I give enought info on the problem, so tell me if you need more.

Thank's for the help
