Gaps in Cacti graphs

I am seeing Gaps in my cacti graphs..

this is not happening with existing hosts. seeing gaps for only recently added hosts.

not seeing anything on cacti logs..

not seeing any crons also.

here is the info..

our cacti server:

debian: 4.0

our client machine:

debian: 6.0.7


Pls help me here..
